Coverage by Medicare/Hospice Benefit

• On call skilled nursing 24 hours a day, 7-days a week. Professional services are available on an “on-call” basis at all times.
• HospiceCare of SE FL, Inc., offices are open 8:30am to 5:00pm and from 5:00pm to 8:30am calls are received by our Triage Nurses. During the time hospice services, including nurses, spiritual counselors and social workers are available for emergency calls and if needed visits.

• Drugs related to the terminal illness for pain control and symptom management
• Durable medical equipment related to the palliation of the terminal illness
• Home Health Aide and homemaker services
• Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy
• Dietary and other counseling
• Short term inpatient care for symptom control and pain management that is unable to be provided in the home
• Respite care
• Continuous care in the home for periods of crisis
