Planned Gifts are Smart Gifts

    HospiceCare of Southeast Florida, Inc. suggests letting your gift work for you and your family, as well as our patients and their families. Planned Gifts, sometimes referred to as Taxwise Gifts or Deferred Gifts, may benefit you and your family through significant tax savings. As we all know, charitable gifts from your present income are tax deductible for those who choose to itemize on their Income Tax Return. But did you know that there are also tax savings from the bypass of capital gains on appreciated stocks, retirement plans or other appreciated assets.

    There are also some types of planned Gifts that can provide income for life for you, spouse and family.
