MISSION STATEMENT

      It is the mission of HospiceCare of Southeast Florida, Inc. to provide quality hospice services and education to patients with life limiting illnesses, their families and the community regardless of ability to pay.

     The Board of Directors and staff acknowledges that the agency must be operated in a manner that is fiscally responsible to the diverse community we serve, while maintaining the financial viability of the agency.

     HospiceCare of Southeast Florida, Inc. will be the embodiment of compassionate, professional services for individuals with a life limiting illness.

Purpose

	Specialized medically directed program of care for patients with a life-limiting illness and their families.
	Provides palliative care and aggressively promotes support for physical care, psycho-social and the spiritual components of the patient and family unit.
	Provides an environment in which the patient may die pain free with peace and dignity.
	Provides quality services in partnership with the diverse community we serve.
