Community Health Services offer a range of services to members of our community in the five boroughs. Some of our initiatives are HIV / AIDS education / awareness, health promotion, community networking and linkage to care for people infected or affected by HIV / AIDS. In addition, through the Personal Responsibility Education Program, we offer a comprehensive personal health and wellness initiative for youth aged 14-19. The program also aims to challenge and empower young people to prepare them for their transition to adulthood.
