We are looking for a Digital Health Product Manager to provide in-depth information technology knowledge and overall project management to support the maintenance of the digital platform and support the overall digital infrastructure implementation through WARC.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- provide project management for digital infrastructure products, projects and/or programs, including project planning, tracking, implementation and reporting
- manage the development and communication of the project charter, ensuring that the clear articulation and common understanding of the main objective and scope of the project activity and deliverables are defined and presented
- manage the establishment and communication of project management methodology, including project processes, document and report templates, and planning tools with the project team
- develops excellent relationships with potential developers, customers and users
- undertake a project stakeholder needs analysis among key groups or individuals affected by or influential on the project, ensuring that needs are identified and prioritized, and that key requirements are managed in a professional and in right time.
- the ability to present and present digital asset information to a range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and knowledge bases
- excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, analytical skills and a demonstrated level of tact and discretion in dealing with a variety of issues
- strong technical knowledge, demonstrable programming and coding experience preferable and comfortable providing strategic operational advice on new software upgrades, developments to inform roadmaps and business development plans
- good understanding and consistent application of product and project management skills, including scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, cost, risk, procurement and integration
- experience in managing multiple workflows or leading large complex projects and ability to work to strict deadlines and manage diverse demands.
