Lumina Datamatics® Limited, one of the largest providers of services to global publishers and e-commerce businesses, has had a very productive year for its business and in terms of its commitment to corporate social responsibility.

During the 2021-22 fiscal year, the organization successfully addressed the three priority areas of its corporate responsibility plan – health, education and economic empowerment of young people through skills training. The company undertook a multitude of community initiatives during the year through partnerships with various established NGOs.

Economic emancipation:

Lumina Datamatics has worked with the Aaruthal Foundation in Chennai to train women from economically disadvantaged sections of society as auxiliary nurses, helping them to become more employable. The training provided 30 participants with 240 hours of classroom instruction and 180 hours of on-the-job learning, delivered at the Aaruthal Vocational Training Center in Pallavaram, Chennai (Tamil Nadu). We are looking for pride in the fact that 12 of them have found gainful employment.
