Abstracts must be submitted in English via the online submission form at the top of the ONE Conference 2022 website homepage before September 30, 2021 (New!) (midnight Brussels time). Each applicant can only submit one abstract as a lead author. Incomplete or late submissions, as well as abstracts submitted through other channels, will not be considered.
All submissions should be structured with the following fields:
- Title (maximum 200 characters)
- Co-author (s): name and first name, organization (maximum 500 characters)
NB: the person submitting the abstract is considered the main author
- Summary: introduction (maximum 1200 characters)
- Summary: methodology (maximum 1200 characters)
- Summary: results (maximum 1200 characters)
- Summary: discussion (maximum 1200 characters)
The main authors of accepted abstracts will also have the opportunity to submit their digital poster in an online video competition that will take place on Instagram in February 2022. The videos submitted will be published on EFSA’s Instagram account with a brief description.
The presenters of the three most popular videos will be invited to deliver a live pitch in Brussels during the conference.
The scientific program committee reserves the right to exclude videos considered inappropriate.
Further details of the competition, including instructions on the format and duration of the videos, will be provided to the primary authors of accepted abstracts upon notification of acceptance.
The winners of the video competition will be invited to present a live poster during the conference and are entitled to reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs by EFSA, which will be covered in accordance with the EFSA reimbursement rules.
Additional information on reimbursement rights will be provided to the primary authors of abstracts accepted in the invitation letter.
